American-Israeli real estate developer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Jeff brings over 20 years of construction experience and has been involved in projects totaling more than $1 billion. He founded Giga Holdings in 2015 with a single conviction: that Newark deserves the kind of patient, long-term ownership most cities never get.

Eitan Chakov
VP / Senior Construction Advisor

Construction industry leader since 1999.

Eitan has led major construction projects since 1999 and is a certified OSHA trainer. He oversees the build process across Giga's portfolio, ensuring every project is delivered with the craft, safety, and durability that defines a Giga building.

Rachel Blau
Chief Marketing Officer

Licensed real estate agent with eight years experience.

Originally from Israel, Rachel is a licensed real estate agent with eight years of experience in residential and commercial markets. She leads Giga's brand, leasing, and resident-experience strategy across the portfolio.

Yossi Schwarzmer
Chief Operating Officer

Joined in 2022 to oversee development across the portfolio.

A former commercial insurance manager, Yossi joined Giga in 2022 to lead operations across the company's development pipeline. He oversees project management, vendor relationships, and the day-to-day rhythm of moving thirteen buildings forward at once.
