In 2022, our two‑year‑old son was diagnosed with autism. Overnight, the world we thought we understood became a different one — full of new questions, new specialists, and the dawning realization of just how much depends on the resources a family can access in those first critical years.
We were fortunate. Many families are not. We met parents who knew exactly what their child needed, and could not afford to provide it. Parents who were one missed paycheck away from having to choose between groceries and therapy.
That is why we started The Jeff & Rachel Blau Foundation — to make sure that the children and families behind us do not have to fight that fight alone.

Direct funding for occupational, behavioral, and speech therapy, alongside special education services for children on the autism spectrum and those with developmental delays. We work alongside families to remove the financial barrier between a child and the care they need.
Quiet, dignified financial assistance to families navigating hard moments — groceries, essentials, and emergency support. No applications longer than they need to be. No questions asked beyond what is necessary to help.
